To view nearly any of the content, or to use the interactive services in your Neighborhood web site, you must be logged in as a registered user.

If you are NOT logged in, the welcome message will say "Welcome Guest" as show in the figure below.

To login

click the login link at thr top of the page - this is either on the left above the user menu, or on the right above the Weather.

The login panel then appaars. Type in your user ID and password and press LOGIN to login.
